The physical volume knob and large, responsive touch buttons for CarPlay are a game-changer. I'm not fumbling with menus while driving.

I really like the tactile feel of the physical knobs; it's very safe to operate them without looking while driving. I ​​didn't expect the sound quality to be so much better than the original system; the sound is much more layered. The one-on-one customer service helped me find the perfect fit for my car's dashboard.

The custom-made bezel has excellent texture and is almost indistinguishable in color from the original car interior. The dual knobs have a nice feel and are very responsive. It looks like an original factory upgrade part, not an aftermarket addition.
