To ensure you get the right car radio navigation system for your car, follow this guide. The specific process varies depending on your car brand.
Case 1: Standard Models (Except BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Lexus)
For most car brands on the market, you'll need to purchase two items: a frame trim (custom decorative piece) and a universal car radio.
Step 1: Find a compatible car frame trim
Frames are specific to your car model and year. Use one of the following methods to find one:
Method 1(Browse by Category)
Take Toyota Camry as an example.
Go to "Product" → "Car Frame Fascia", select your car brand, then look at the models in this series on the left and select them to choose the frame that suits you.

Method 2 (Use the Search Bar)
Enter your car's full model and year (e.g., "Honda Civic") in the search box in the top right corner.

Method 3(Contact Us for Help)
If you're unsure, simply contact us via WhatsApp or the inbox icon in the bottom right corner. Send us a photo of your car's dashboard, and we'll find the right frame for you.

Step 2: Select Your Car Radio
Once you've found the right car fascia frame, note its dimensions (these dimensions are for a specific screen size, such as 9-inch or 10-inch).
Go to the "Product" section. We offer a variety of options, including a classic dual-knob model with a regular screen and an 11.5-inch ultra-large smart car radio. Please select the appropriate radio model based on the size of your vehicle's center console. For example, a 10-inch radio requires a 10-inch frame, while an 11.5-inch dual-knob model is compatible with 9- and 10-inch frames. (During installation, please be careful to ensure the original center console buttons and air conditioning vents are not blocked.) If you're unsure, please send us a picture of your center console and we'll provide accurate installation recommendations.

Step 3: Complete Your Order
Add the car frame panel and Android car radio to your cart.
Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, and complete payment.

Case 2:For BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Lexus
Older models require a frame and radio (e.g., Mercedes-Benz ML320 1998). Newer models (e.g., BMW 3 Series E90) typically come with a dedicated radio.
Method 1: Browse the product navigation
Go to "Products" → "Special Car Head Units" and select your car make and model (e.g., Lexus IS).

Method 2: Use the search bar
Enter your car's full model and year in the search box (e.g., "Benz W246").

Important note for older models:
If your BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Lexus is an older model, it may not have a dedicated "all-in-one" radio unit. In this case, you'll need to check for compatible frame panels and a compatible radio, as described above for universal models.

The most convenient method is to send us a clear picture of your car's center console via Inbox or WhatsApp, and our team will personally assist you in finding a suitable solution.
